InterviewSceno provides an AI-powered mock interview platform that allows users to practice job interviews through voice-based interactions, receive performance feedback, track progress, and access various interview preparation resources. Our Services are designed to help users improve their interview skills and confidence.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payments

Some features of InterviewSceno require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Authorize recurring billing until you cancel your subscription
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through our Services, including voice recordings and responses. By using our Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Services. We may use anonymized and aggregated data derived from user content to enhance our AI models.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. INTERVIEWSCENO DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM USING OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING JOB PLACEMENT OR INTERVIEW SUCCESS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTERVIEWSCENO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless InterviewSceno and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the app settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
